About

Kate Nicholroy is a systemic team coach, facilitator, and founder of the Good Ideas Agency, working with senior leadership teams across the UK.
Kate’s sweet spot is unlocking the collective intelligence of teams. She specialises in the moments when teams are stuck: after a restructure, under pressure, or simply not performing at the level they should be. Her work helps leaders understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and build the conditions for their teams to think and work better together.
Clients include London Business School, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the University of Cambridge, the Wine and Spirit Education Trust, the National Education Union, WRAP, Regent’s University London, and Prime Atlantic Group.
Kate works in two main modes. As a team coach, she works alongside leadership teams over time, helping them shift the patterns that are getting in the way. As a facilitator, she designs and leads high-stakes sessions for teams that need to solve complex problems, make important decisions, or navigate significant change. Both draw on the same toolkit: systemic thinking, Liberating Structures, design thinking, and the Thinking Environment.
She trained at Henley Business School and the Academy of Executive Coaching, and holds advanced coaching accreditations from the EMCC (Senior Practitioner) and ICF (Associate Certified Coach).
She is co-host of A Curious Space: Leadership, Culture and Teams, a podcast for senior leaders, made with Maddie Fox of MadFox Group.
